Ti Fluid Systems (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems has announced the purchase of 250,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme, with the intention to cancel these shares. Post-cancellation, the company will have 509,861,049 shares in issue, which are also the total voting rights. This move comes as a continuation of the company’s strategy, having bought back over 10 million shares since October 2023.
