ThreeD Capital (TSE:IDK) has released an update.
ThreeD Capital Inc., a Canadian venture capital firm, has announced a strategic private placement with Sariel Diagnostics Corp., involving the acquisition of 3,750,000 shares at $0.02 each. The deal, which is pending Canadian Securities Exchange approval, will also see ThreeD Capital issue 150,000 of its own shares at a deemed price of $0.50 per share as part of the transaction. This move aims to diversify ThreeD’s investment portfolio in the junior resources and disruptive technologies sectors.
