Theratechnologies Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, has enhanced its board with the appointment of Jordan Zwick, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the U.S. biotech industry. Zwick’s background in finance, business development, and corporate strategy is expected to contribute to Theratechnologies’ goal of driving profitability and shareholder value. His prior achievements include significant roles in capital raises and business development transactions, as well as a pivotal part in the $14.5 billion sale of Salix to Bausch Health.
