Tenaris S.A. has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Shareholders scheduled for April 30, 2024. Shareholders are set to deliberate and vote on a range of key issues, including the approval of the 2023 financial statements, dividend payments, and board elections. The company also plans to discuss the cancellation and reduction of treasury shares acquired through its buyback program.
