Tenaris (TS) has released an update.
Tenaris S.A. has actively executed its Second Tranche of the Share Buyback Program, acquiring 977,675 ordinary shares for a total of approximately €16.26 million, which translates to around USD 17.36 million, during the week of April 22 to April 26, 2024. The company now holds 2.81% of its total issued share capital in treasury and plans to cancel the repurchased shares. This move is indicative of Tenaris’s strategy to enhance shareholder value and reflects its financial strength.
