Tenaris (TS) has released an update.
Tenaris S.A. has actively pursued its Share Buyback Program, acquiring 39,563 ordinary shares for roughly €724,653, which is equivalent to USD 784,209, between March 25 and March 28, 2024. The total number of shares held in treasury has now reached 29,816,152, representing 2.53% of the issued share capital. These shares are earmarked for cancellation as part of the program’s long-term strategy.
