Telus Corp Shareholders Approve Board and Auditors

Telus Corp (TSE:T) has released an update.

At the annual meeting of Telus Corporation on May 9, 2024, all nominated directors were elected with overwhelming majority votes, with the lowest support being 96.05%. Deloitte LLP was appointed as the company’s auditors for the next year, with 96.01% votes in favor. Additionally, the company’s approach to executive compensation and the increase to the share reserve under the Deferred Share Unit Plan were both approved by a significant majority of shareholders.
