Telefónica S.A. has announced the publication and approval of its offer document for the public delisting acquisition offer aimed at purchasing all outstanding shares of Telefónica Deutschland. The acceptance period for the offer starts today, following approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, and will remain open until 18 April 2024. Shareholders of Telefónica Deutschland are advised to thoroughly review the offer document for detailed terms and consider seeking independent advice.
