Telefônica Brasil Confirms Unchanged Capital Interest

Telefonica Brasil SA (VIV) has released an update.

Telefônica Brasil S.A. has confirmed that the Interest on Capital payment amount per share announced on March 14, 2024, remains unchanged, following no changes in treasury shares under the company’s Share Buyback Program. Shareholders on record by March 28, 2024, will receive the payment, with the actual transaction to be completed by April 30, 2025. The company has established both gross and net amounts per share after applicable income tax withholdings.
