Teck Resources Limited has announced the voting outcomes from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, where shareholders elected 10 directors with a majority of votes in favor, re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor with 96.39% approval, and endorsed the company’s executive compensation approach with 98.39% support. The participation rate was high with nearly 80% of outstanding shares represented at the meeting.
