The Toronto-Dominion Bank has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.02 per common share, payable on October 31, 2024, to shareholders on record by October 10, 2024. Shareholders have the option to reinvest their dividends into additional common shares through the Bank’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, with the upcoming issuance being from treasury without any discount. Additionally, dividends were declared on various series of the Bank’s First Preferred Shares, also payable at the end of October.
