TC Energy Corporation announces the release of its first quarter financial results for 2024 on May 3, with an annual and special meeting scheduled for June 4. The meeting will address the usual annual business and discuss a proposal to create South Bow Corporation through the spinoff of TC Energy’s Liquids Pipelines business. Shareholders as of April 16 will be eligible to vote and the events will be accessible via live webcasts.
