Tate & Lyle Plc (GB:TATE) has released an update.
Tate & Lyle PLC has rectified an over-withholding of tax on Restricted Share Awards for two executives, Bill Magee and Melissa Law, by additionally releasing 6,980 and 5,028 ordinary shares, respectively, on April 18, 2024. The correction ensures both executives retain the accurate number of shares post-tax from their awards, with no additional cost for the acquisition of these shares.
