Taseko Mines (TSE:TKO) has released an update.
Taseko Mines Limited has priced a $500 million offering of Senior Secured Notes due in 2030, with a yield of 8.25% per annum, expecting to close by April 23, 2024. The funds will primarily be used to redeem existing notes, with additional investments in capital expenditures for their key projects and general corporate purposes. The notes, backed by junior liens on subsidiary shares and certain project rights, will be sold to qualified institutional buyers and certain non-U.S. persons, in compliance with securities regulations.
