Taseko Mines (TSE:TKO) has released an update.
Taseko Mines Limited has launched a new offering of $500 million in Senior Secured Notes due in 2030, aiming to fund the redemption of its existing notes due 2026, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes. The offering is contingent on market conditions and terms will be set at pricing. These notes will be available to qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States, subject to certain securities laws.
