Tapestry, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from nine to eleven members, welcoming Kevin Hourican and David Elkins as new directors on February 29, 2024. Both appointees will join specific committees within the board and receive a standard non-employee director compensation package, which includes an annual cash retainer of $100,000 and equity grants valued at $170,000, split between stock options and restricted stock units. These grants will vest after one year of continued service, aligning their interests with the company’s performance.
