This change, dated January 16, 2024, occurred without alteration to the number of held securities, indicating that the dilution was a result of increased issued capital by Tamboran. Despite this dilution, Helmerich & Payne, Inc. remains a substantial holder with over 105 million votes through Chess Depositary Interests.
