Tamboran Resources Corporation director David Neil Siegel has increased his stake in the company, acquiring 1,000,000 CHESS Depositary Interests over common stock through an on-market trade, at a price of $0.145 each. Post-transaction, Siegel’s total holdings amount to 55,400,000 CHESS Depositary Interests, in addition to 233,393 unlisted options. No other changes in director’s interests or contracts were reported.
