TA Corporation Ltd. has issued a circular to shareholders regarding the proposed disposal of two major assets: New World Centre for S$43 million to Golden Glory Food Industries Pte Ltd, and Ascent@456 for S$18 million to BA Shoppes Pte. Ltd. Shareholders are advised to consult their financial advisors if they are uncertain about the necessary actions to take. The company has also announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss these matters will be held on 25 July 2024, with relevant documents available online but not dispatched in print.
