Syrah Resources Limited (AU:SYR) has released an update.
Syrah Resources Limited has successfully completed its retail entitlement offer, raising approximately A$98 million to fund various projects, including the AAM Vidalia facility and the Balama operation. The company issued around 37 million new shares, which are set to begin trading on the ASX soon. These funds are also earmarked for transition activities, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
