Syncona Shs GBP (GB:SYNC) has released an update.
Syncona Limited, a healthcare company specializing in life sciences, has announced a buyback of 140,000 of its own shares at a price of 122.3571 GBp per share, as part of its Share Buyback Programme initiated on 29 September 2023. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury, consequently adjusting the total voting rights in the company to 652,475,586. The move is aimed at building and scaling global leaders in the life science sector.
