Syncona Shs GBP (GB:SYNC) has released an update.
Syncona Limited, a prominent player in the life sciences sector, has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 140,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 124.0795 GBp per share. These shares will now be held in treasury, reducing the total voting rights in the company to 653,315,586. This move comes as part of Syncona’s Share Buyback Programme, initially announced in September 2023.
