Suzano Papel E Celulose’s Board of Directors met digitally on March 22, 2024, to approve a variety of proposals ahead of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings scheduled for April 25, 2024. Key resolutions included the approval of the Management Proposal involving a Capital Increase and amendments to the Company’s Bylaws reflecting the Capital Increase and recent share cancellation. Additionally, drafts for the Company’s new Performance Share Plan and Phantom Share Plan were approved for presentation at the upcoming meetings.
