Suncorp Group Limited announces a prospectus for the issuance of Capital Notes 5 aimed at raising $360 million, with the flexibility of adjusting the amount raised. The effort is being managed by a consortium of leading financial institutions, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank Limited, and UBS AG, among others.
