Suncorp Group Limited (AU:SUN) has released an update.
Suncorp Group Limited has announced the offer for eligible holders of its Suncorp Capital Notes 2 to reinvest in the new Capital Notes 5, with an exchange date set for 14 May 2024. The company has amended the original terms to facilitate this reinvestment option and appointed UBS AG as the Nominated Purchaser for the exchange. CN2 holders have been advised that no action is required unless they choose to participate in the reinvestment offer.
