Summit Networks Inc. has announced leadership changes with Ms. Shuhua Liu stepping down as CEO, a move not caused by internal conflict. Mr. Stephen Kok Koon Tan takes over as CEO and joins the Board, bringing over 36 years of experience in construction and business innovation, along with a degree in Building Construction. Additionally, Xian Nan Zheng is appointed Board Secretary, leveraging her expertise in business management and international trade, backed by an MBA. No compensation arrangements for these positions have been disclosed.
