Strathmore Plus Uranium Corporation has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1 million through the sale of 8,333,334 units at C$0.12 per unit. The funds will be used for working capital and further exploration of the company’s Wyoming properties, with insiders expected to participate in the offering, which is subject to regulatory approval.
