Strata Skin Sciences Inc (SSKN) has released an update.
STRATA Skin Sciences, Inc. revised its financial agreement with MidCap Financial Trust, setting new minimum net revenue thresholds for 2024, after acknowledging they wouldn’t meet the previously set targets for the end of 2023. This prompted MidCap to grant a waiver for the company’s noncompliance. Additionally, STRATA agreed to various fees, including an origination fee already paid in 2021, and an exit fee to be paid upon the end of the credit agreement or earlier settlement, which is calculated as a percentage of the credit provided, minus any prepayments.
