Stellantis N.V. has actively pursued its share buyback program, repurchasing 1,330,704 shares between April 5 and April 11, 2024, at an average price of €24.5205, amounting to a total expenditure of €32,629,570.01. Since the program’s inception on February 28, 2024, the automotive giant has acquired over 21 million shares, investing more than half a billion euros, which reflects its strong commitment to enhancing shareholder value and confidence in its financial stability. The current treasury holds 163,193,738 shares, representing 4.05% of the total issued share capital.
