Starhill Global REIT Adjusts Key Benchmark Index

Starhill Global Real Estate Investment (SG:P40U) has released an update.

Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust has been notified by FTSE Group that changes have been made to the constituents of its Benchmark Index, which is instrumental in calculating the performance fee for the Trust’s manager. This adjustment, effective from September 23, 2024, is significant as the manager’s performance fee is contingent on the REIT’s returns surpassing those of the Benchmark Index. The updated list of Singapore-listed REITs and property trusts in the Benchmark Index excludes Starhill Global REIT.
