Star Minerals Limited has announced a new securities issue under a securities purchase plan, proposing to issue up to 10 million options exercisable at $0.06, expiring in October 2026, alongside a similar number of ordinary shares. The record date for the offer is set for June 5, 2024, with the offer closing on July 5, 2024, and the issue date on July 12, 2024.
