Standard Chartered (GB:STAN) has released an update.
Standard Chartered PLC has announced it will redeem all outstanding $1,000,000,000 3.785% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due 2025 on May 21, 2024, at the Call Option Redemption Amount with accrued interest. The notes will be cancelled from trading on the London Stock Exchange following the redemption. The redemption has received approval from the Prudential Regulation Authority.
