On March 21, 2024, Henry Spain sold 45,285 Ordinary Shares at £0.261 each, bringing their total holding down to 24.03% of the company’s issued shares. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and marks a notable change in the shareholding structure of Staffline.
