S&T Bancorp (STBA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 23, 2024, Steven J. Weingarten informed S&T Bancorp, Inc. of his decision to retire from the Board of Directors after his current term ends, coinciding with the 2024 annual shareholders meeting. His retirement was not due to any disagreements with S&T’s operations, policies, or practices, and a press release about his retirement was issued on January 29, 2024.
