Sprinklr (CXM) just unveiled an update.
Sprinklr, Inc. has appointed Marlise Ricci as its new Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 3, 2024, while Manish Sarin continues as the CFO. Ricci brings extensive experience from her tenure at Proofpoint, Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President of Finance. Her compensation includes a $375,000 base salary, potential bonuses, a $50,000 signing bonus, and 215,000 restricted stock units. Additionally, Ricci’s role comes with severance benefits and an indemnification agreement in line with the Company’s policies.
