Stacy McLaughlin was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Splash Beverage Group, Inc., effective January 24, 2024. She brings extensive experience from previous roles, including as CFO of Material Technologies, Corp. and VP and CFO of Willdan Group, Inc. Ms. McLaughlin, a CPA with a Masters in Accounting from USC and a BS from the University of Arizona, has no familial ties to the company’s executives or directors and has not been part of any material transactions with the company. Her appointment coincides with the resignation of the former Interim CFO, Fatima Dhalla.
