Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors by appointing Jane P. Chappell as a new member, effective February 26, 2024. Chappell also joins the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and Risk Committee, and will be compensated in line with the existing non-employee director program.
