Spire Inc (SR) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
The Company’s annual meeting of shareholders took place virtually on January 25, 2024, with over 90% of the shares represented. Three director nominees were elected to serve until 2027, with Mark A. Borer, Maria V. Fogarty, and Steven L. Lindsey receiving a substantial majority of votes. Shareholders approved the executive compensation advisory proposal and ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year 2024 with an overwhelming majority.
