Spectur Ltd. has launched an Entitlement Offer to raise around $928,000 by offering new shares and options to current shareholders, aiming to fund restructuring, potential large orders, and a share buyback. Shareholders can subscribe at $0.02 per share, with each new share coming with an option exercisable at $0.029 until May 2025. The offer follows a recent placement that raised $250,000 and is exclusively available to eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders.
