Spectur Limited has announced an update to its previous securities issue, aligning the new entitlement securities issue date with the ASX release to now occur on 30 May 2024. This non-renounceable pro rata issue is intended to be quoted on ASX, pending approval. The announcement comes as a follow-up to the company’s prior notice on the 30th of April.
