Spectris plc has announced the acceptance of share option awards under its Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) by key management personnel Derek Harding and Andrew Heath on April 23, 2024. The potential shares under the LTIP and DBP represent 0.13% of the company’s issued share capital and vest subject to performance conditions and continued employment. These awards are part of the company’s efforts to incentivize executives with nominal-cost options exercisable within five years post-vesting, aligning management’s interests with those of shareholders.
