SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has announced an extraordinary general meeting for shareholders on September 19, 2024, to be held digitally. The meeting is set to approve the merger with SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge, which was granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, and to conduct elections for the board of directors and nomination committee among other agenda items. Shareholders can participate online, vote in advance, or appoint a proxy by September 17.
