Southern Cross Media Group Limited (AU:SXL) has released an update.

Southern Cross Media Group Limited has announced that director Helen Nash ceased to be a director of the company as of September 30, 2024. Nash had no registered securities in her name but held 28,875 securities through Andrew Street Nominees Pty Ltd associated with the Nash Family Superannuation Fund. No director’s interests in contracts were reported at the time of her departure.
