Sound Point Meridian Announces Board and Committee Changes

Steven Lipiner stepped down from his role as a Director and committee member at Sound Point Meridian Capital, citing no disputes or disagreements with the company’s operations. In his stead, Matthew Forstenhausler, an experienced finance professional with a long tenure at Ernst & Young and various board roles, including with Wilshire Mutual Funds, has been appointed. Forstenhausler, now the “audit committee financial expert,” is set to serve until the 2027 annual meeting, bringing his extensive background in accounting and compliance to the position.
