SomnoMed Limited announces an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, aiming to raise approximately $22.6 million by offering around 107.5 million new shares at $0.21 each. Eligible shareholders have the opportunity to purchase one new share for every 1.01 shares they own until the closing date on 1 May 2024. The offer is fully underwritten by Wilsons, ensuring the company secures the targeted funds.
