Somerset Minerals Advances Strategy with Project Divestment

Tempus Resources Ltd. (AU:SMM) has released an update.

Somerset Minerals Ltd has executed an earn-in agreement with Blackdome Mining Ltd for the stepwise divestment of the Blackdome-Elizabeth project in British Columbia. The deal, valued at approximately C$150,000, allows Somerset to reduce holding costs and concentrate on its copper and base metals strategy. Additionally, Somerset will retain a 0.5% net smelter royalty upon the earn-in’s completion and continues to seek further base metal assets.
