Somero Enterprises Inc. has announced the buy-back and cancellation of 2,304 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 335 pence each, in accordance with its share buy-back program initiated on 8 March 2023. This transaction will reduce the company’s issued share capital and adjust the total voting rights to 55,127,540. The company’s share capital, after cancellations and treasury holdings, now comprises 55,133,040 ordinary shares.
