Network International Holdings PLC has reported a significant change in share ownership, with Societe Generale acquiring a larger stake in the company. As of April 19, 2024, Societe Generale’s total voting rights in Network International reached 8.399700%, marking an increase from the previous notification. This shift in voting rights was officially notified to the company on April 22, 2024.
