Sndl Inc. (SNDL) has released an update.
SNDL Inc. has transferred rights of four Dutch Love cannabis retail stores to Nova Cannabis Inc., with Nova issuing over $8 million in shares to SNDL as part of the agreement. Additionally, SNDL has extended a $15 million credit facility to Nova for two more years to support its retail growth. These strategic moves are set to increase Nova’s store count to 100 and SNDL’s overall cannabis retail presence to 190 stores.
