Skillsoft Corp. has announced the appointment of Ronald W. Hovsepian as the new Executive Chair and principal executive officer, effective April 16, 2024. He replaces outgoing CEO Jeffrey R. Tarr, who will retire from his executive roles and remain as an advisor until May 9, 2024. Hovsepian brings extensive experience from the technology and software industries, including leadership roles at Indigo Ag and Intralinks, as well as time at IBM. His transition aligns with the company’s focus on leveraging his operational expertise to drive growth.
